Dear applicant,

if you are accessing to this form, you may already be aware of what the Global PROMS Initiative is working on.

We believe that your commitment to submit this application form to take part to this Delphi study, will allow us to leverage on the contribution of people with multiple sclerosis by making it scientifically meaningful.

Our slogan relies on “One PROM doesn’t fit for all”.

You will be asked to fill in the form by providing personal information to insert you in the list of experts who will drive the study results. Actually, you will be asked to check your e-mail (and also spam) in order to participate in the first phase of the Delphi in the coming season.

The Delphi study will serve to translate people with MS’s functional domains emerged from the results of the survey to 5,000 PwMS globally that PROMS WG1 conducted in 2023/2024 into patient-reported outcomes (PROs). The aim is to identify among 26 functional domains the most appropriate ones to become PROs in research, trials and clinical practice.

If you do not agree to participate, we kindly ask you to not proceed with the submission. On the other hand, if you would like to be listed in the expert panel of the PROMS initiative Delphi study, you accept the conditions reported in the information notice by providing the information below.
